About The Position

The Team Lead, DC Risk supports the Enterprise Risk Management team’s mission to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. The role helps safeguard Aritzia’s Distribution Centre environments and its people, intellectual property, information, merchandise, property, and financial assets. It supports daily loss prevention, detection, and resolution, identifies opportunities to improve processes, and coaches other team members.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in Distribution Centre environments.
• Help safeguard people, clients, and communities; intellectual property and information; and merchandise, physical, and financial assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Coach other team members.
