Enterprise Risk Management - Risk Coordinator, DC Risk
About The Position
The Coordinator, DC Risk is part of Aritzia’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, whose mission is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. The role supports the safeguarding of Distribution Centre environments through a strong presence and situational awareness, helping prevent, detect, and resolve loss on a daily basis. The position contributes to safeguarding Aritzia’s people, clients, communities, intellectual property, personal and corporate information, merchandise, physical assets, and financial assets. The role offers opportunities for growth and development within ERM and at Aritzia.
Requirements
- Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
- Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
