About The Position

Janitronics Facility Services is hiring a part-time Team Cleaning Specialist. The role assists with assigned cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, healthy work environment for employees and customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at $16 per hour. Travel is not required.

The specialist maintains cleanliness in assigned areas; sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors; restocks supplies; and collects and disposes of trash. The position follows company policies, procedures, safety and security programs, and performance standards, while communicating with supervisors and coworkers and providing customer service. Other duties may be assigned.

Janitronics provides safety and chemical-use training in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. This position requires traversing the work site, reaching below waist level and above the head, inspecting work areas, and transporting up to 50 pounds. The employee may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, dust, and other potential irritants.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
