Brock University is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the ATTH 5P07: Musculoskeletal Assessment I course for the Fall D2 term. This position is within the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group. Requirements
- Must be a Certified Athletic Therapist in good standing with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA)
- Must have experience or knowledge of the course material
- Effective communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to explain subject material to students
- Be punctual in attending classes
- Be able to meet appropriate deadlines
- The contract will be for a minimum of 30 hours
Responsibilities
- Scheduled contact time with students
- Preparation of seminar material
- Student consultation
- Marking or grading
- Examination proctoring
- Attending lectures
- Holding office hours
- Other course administration as may be required
