About The Position
Brock University is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the HIST 2P70 course, "The Middle East, 600-1800," for the Fall D2 term. This position is within the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group. Requirements
- A four-year Honours B.A., or equivalent, in History with a minimum 75% average in History courses.
- Demonstrated good knowledge of Middle Eastern and Islamic History is required.
- Evidence of successful previous university-level teaching assistant experience or equivalent.
- Demonstrated organizational and effective communication skills including the ability to explain subject material to students, be punctual in attending classes, and meet appropriate deadlines.
