About The Position
This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the course 'Quantitative Methods in Health Sciences: Continuous Variables' (HSS2381 Section A) during the Fall 2026 semester. Requirements
- Bachelor, MSc or PhD in Health Sciences or equivalent
- Advance knowledge of the concepts of statistical methods
- Knowledge of Excel and SPSS
- Experience with online learning programs and software (as a teaching assistant)
- Experience with web software (uploading content, programming content)
- Access to a computer, Internet, microphone and webcam
Responsibilities
- Help with correction of assignments, mid-term and final exams
- Supervision of lab activities
- Proctoring of exams
- Teaching assistant is required to have online or in-person office hours to assist professor with addressing student inquiries and concerns outside of class times.
