About The Position
This position is for a Teaching Assistant for the HIS2336-A00 course, Early Modern Europe, 16th to 18th Century, during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves supporting the instructor by grading homework, essays, and tests. The course is delivered in person. The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements
- Baccalaureate in History or related field.
- Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
- Ability to work in person for the course.
Responsibilities
- Correcting homework, essays, and tests.
- Attending lectures in class and/or online.
- Consulting in person and/or online with individual students.
- Proctoring exams.
