About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) position for the LAB OF ORGANIC CHEMISTRY II (CHM2123 LAB) course during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves assisting students in and out of the laboratory, marking laboratory reports, proctoring midterms and a final exam, and implementing safety guidelines in the laboratory. Requirements

• Candidate must have 1 full year of general chemistry.
• Candidate must have 1 full year of organic chemistry.
• CHM 3120 or its equivalent.
• Successful completion of Whimis and Occupational Health and Safety workshops.
• All those who are not a Chemistry graduate student will be required to write a test to qualify.

Responsibilities
