Teachers at South Hill KinderCare implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique needs and create safe, nurturing environments where children can play and learn. They partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education, support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Be able to assume postures at low levels to maintain physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
