About The Position

Teachers at Morgan Hill KinderCare implement KinderCare’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn. They partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education, and collaborate with center staff and leadership to support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Teachers also build positive relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
• Have outstanding customer service skills.
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Be able to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
