About The Position

This is a part-time Teacher role at a child care center, focused on inspiring children to become lifelong learners. The Teacher provides daily care in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans learning experiences, and communicates with families. The role includes completing extensive training on child care, preschool, and child development, and implementing the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive activities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess children and plan for their needs and development.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
• Engage in physical activity with children, indoors or outdoors.
