About The Position

SVA is hiring a Tax Supervisor for its Brookfield, Wisconsin office. The role is suited to a public accounting professional ready to advance their career by leading tax engagements, mentoring staff, and building client relationships. The Tax Supervisor takes a consultative approach to solving problems and helps clients pursue their financial goals through tax solutions and strategic guidance. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, demonstrating leadership and professionalism, and developing expertise through continuous learning. The schedule is generally 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours during busy season (55+ hours per week) balanced by summer Fridays off. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of public accounting tax experience.
