About The Position

ADP is hiring a Tax Implementation Consultant I to create exceptional onboarding experiences during product and service implementations. The role combines analytical, project management, and business consulting skills to help clients understand and use ADP solutions effectively. The consultant provides expert support, works to understand client needs, and recommends appropriate solutions while following ADP's service guidelines and CORE values.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience working in a client service or customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of HCM product features.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
• Guide clients toward solutions that best meet their business needs.
• Analyze existing systems, tax jurisdiction requirements, and business processes.
• Partner with clients to understand their businesses and related needs.
• Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
• Use payroll and tax knowledge to recommend solutions to clients when appropriate.
• Understand client business issues and concerns, and recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support high-volume internal and external case management using a CRM system.
• Support clients through email, phone, and portal channels.
• Build long-term relationships and trust.
• Collaborate with ADP associates in Sales, Implementation, and Service.
• Exchange routine information with client project team members, including priorities, timelines, and emerging issues.
