About The Position

The Implementation Consultant implements HdL solutions for local government clients, consulting with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensuring they are successfully running the solution. The role manages client communication and implementation activities, develops implementation plans, tracks progress, and collaborates with internal teams and third-party vendors. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week position. The candidate must live within commuting distance of the Brea, California office for occasional in-office training and activities.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service environment or systems integration environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions for clients in accordance with company guidelines and client expectations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery.
• Remain engaged with clients throughout implementation until they are successfully running the HdL solution.
• Collaborate with internal business partners, including Sales, Client Services, IT, and Development, to ensure successful implementations.
• Consult with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Identify the need for and develop customized solutions.
• Define detailed implementation plans and report key progress metrics.
• Serve as the contact for daily client interaction and implementation activities.
• Coach and prepare clients for successful rollouts of HdL solutions.
• Prioritize and escalate issues when needed, and keep clients informed of progress.
• Work with third-party vendors when issues involve multiple systems.
• Assist with data conversions.
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
• Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs.
• Exchange routine information with client project team members about priorities, timelines, and issues.
