About The Position

As an Implementation Consultant at Stampli, you will lead customers through onboarding and serve as a trusted advisor during a critical phase of their customer journey. You will own implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization, helping customers succeed across their ERP and Procure-to-Pay workflows. The role is hands-on and consultative, encompassing discovery, solution design, configuration, project execution, and customer adoption. Success is measured by implementation quality, adoption at go-live, and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence and clarity. Implementation Consultants are expected to be experts in processes, systems, and best practices. They guide customers decisively, including challenging existing workflows when needed to help customers reach go-live on time. The role works closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support. The position offers a hybrid schedule: work from Stampli’s Downtown Mountain View, California office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely the remainder of the week. The base salary range is $80,000–$95,000, plus bonus; compensation depends on factors including location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
