About The Position

ADP is hiring a Tax Implementation Consultant I to create exceptional onboarding experiences for product and service implementations. The role combines analytic and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex information, helping customers build the skills and confidence to use ADP products. The consultant uses ADP training programs, service guidelines, and business consulting expertise to support customer success and deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience working in a client service or customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of HCM product features.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
• Guide clients toward the best solution for their business needs.
• Analyze existing systems, tax jurisdiction requirements, and business processes.
• Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs.
• Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
• Use payroll and tax knowledge to recommend solutions when appropriate.
• Understand client business issues and concerns, and recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support high-volume internal and external case management using a CRM system.
• Support clients through email, phone, and portal channels.
• Build long-term relationships and trust.
• Collaborate with ADP associates in Sales, Implementation, and Service.
• Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise.
