About The Position

Exemplar Companies is seeking an experienced Tax and Accounting Services Manager to manage accounting engagements, develop tax plans, and support high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. The role calls for strong accounting and cash flow management experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and a collaborative, client-focused approach to professional services.

This remote, full-time position follows a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The manager works closely with clients and internal team members in a team-based approach to manage UHNW engagements and deliver coordinated professional services. Compensation is determined based on experience. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in monthly accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor certification.
• Familiarity with tax preparation and tax planning software platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and work collaboratively with a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Previous experience at a CPA firm or professional services firm.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting engagements for HNW and UHNW clients.
• Prepare tax plans and support tax planning initiatives for clients.
• Oversee monthly accounting activities, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Meet with clients to discuss accounting needs, financial performance, and tax planning opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with the tax and accounting team to coordinate client engagements and deliver quality service.
• Provide functional guidance and support across accounting engagements.
• Use accounting, tax preparation, and tax planning software to support client work.
