About The Position

The Task Associate (TA) supports operational excellence and sales by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on operational performance, people, and compliance with processes and procedures. It requires attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures. The associate helps ensure products are available for purchase and operational processes are completed on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory tasks. They contribute to an inclusive environment, participate in ongoing training, follow company policies and standards, and maintain assigned areas and overall store conditions. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. Work involves mobility throughout the store and frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

Proficient with basic technology, such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma preferred.
One year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
Participate regularly in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
Maintain store standards and cleanliness across the salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing exceptional guest service.
Complete other operational tasks as directed.
