About The Position
Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County hiring Case managers to serve children, adults and families. Independent contractor position with flexible schedule. Full time hours (25+ hours) preferred. We are currently seeking Targeted Case Managers! FCB Certification (Preferred). Coordinate needed services for children, adults & families in Palm Beach County. Detailed description will be provided during interview.
Requirements
- PALM BEACH COUNTY, must be willing to travel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Related Field
- Basic Knowledge of Community Resources
- BA or BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or Human Services related field.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
- Min. 2 yrs experience preferred
- FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Preferred
- FCB Certification (Preferred)
