About The Position

The Talent Sourcing Specialist develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies to identify prospective talent and build qualified candidate pipelines for high-volume recruiting teams. The role focuses on sourcing methodology, talent market research, and using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify candidates for recruiters to evaluate and advance through the hiring process. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and continually seeks better ways to identify and attract talent.

Requirements

Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn recruiting systems, sourcing platforms, and related technology.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.
One year of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, candidate generation, or a related Talent Acquisition function preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and source candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs using LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, Boolean searches, advanced filters, keywords, and other sourcing tools.
Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions, adjusting sourcing efforts as hiring needs and business priorities change.
Track and evaluate sourcing activity and outcomes, including candidate relevance, recruiter acceptance, and progression to recruiter screening, to identify effective methods and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze sourcing platforms, search strings, filters, and talent pools to improve the quality and efficiency of candidate searches.
Test and refine search techniques, research sourcing tools and channels, and identify ways to improve candidate identification and pipeline development.
Document and share effective search strategies and sourcing best practices to strengthen sourcing capabilities across the Talent Acquisition team.
