About The Position

Talent Development & Acquisition Manager It’s not everyday you find an opening looking for expertise in both Leadership Development and Talent Acquisition. If you have these expertise, today is your day. We are Suncore, a time-tested, fast-growing construction company spanning 7 western states. Our foremost strategic goal is to relentlessly develop people, and this position is key to achieving that goal. This is an in-office position working from our Spanish Fork headquarters, and reporting to the AVP of Human Resources. The duties may be broken into 4 main functions: Leadership Development, Recruiting difficult-to-fill positions, managing our micro-learning platform, and building sourcing networks for consistent applicant flow.

Requirements

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities with “collars of any color.”
  • Ability to lead organization-wide initiatives.
  • Strong character and ethics.
  • Expertise in the areas mentioned above, plus 4 + years of experience in both Talent Development & Acquisition.
  • Deep knowledge of ATS systems.
  • High motor and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • iCIMS expertise preferred.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish also a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership around the company to schedule, plan, and facilitate leadership training events.
  • Research and build best leadership practices for content that fit our teams, work, and industry.
  • Build and improve best hiring practices and workflows, and train hiring managers on them.
  • Source a steady stream of applicants to fill positions at all levels, including networking with trade schools, universities, and representing Suncor at career fairs.
  • Manage the content and schedule of Suncore’s daily micro-learning platform.
  • Analyze recruiting and employment trends and propose solutions for concerns.
  • Manage Suncore’s employee lifecycle survey program of gathering new-hire and recent-exit feedback and reporting them.
  • Other duties and projects relating to the 4 main functions
