About The Position

The Specialist, Talent Acquisition & Development plays a critical onsite role, supporting associate experience, leader capability, and early‑tenure retention through hands‑on recruitment, engagement initiatives, and development programs. This role is hybrid, with 4 days per week onsite at the Glen Burnie location and 1 remote day. Pandora is the world's largest jewelry brand, specializing in the design, crafting and marketing of accessible luxury jewelry made from high-quality materials. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, learning, engagement, or related roles
  • Experience supporting high‑volume operations, supply chain, or distribution environments preferred
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into action
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow‑through skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for designated entry-level roles in partnership with TA COE
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring events, candidate experience, and early‑tenure insights
  • Provide feedback to TA and operations on hiring quality, onboarding experience, and workforce trends
  • Own and facilitate the onboarding framework, ensuring a consistent and engaging new‑hire experience
  • Support engagement action planning and partner with leaders to drive sustainable improvements
  • Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, pulse checks, and culture‑building activities
  • Facilitate onsite training and leadership development sessions
  • Partner with Learning & Development to support deployment of learning programs
  • Analyze insights and present findings that identify risks and influence operational decision‑making
  • Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries, directing questions to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence (COE) and reinforcing the HR operating model and self‑service resources
