About The Position

Comfrt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruiting for its Product Development organization and related functions such as Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Operations. This is a critical, full-cycle recruiting role within a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand. The successful candidate will not only fill essential positions but also contribute to shaping the company's long-term hiring strategies. The role requires someone who can act quickly, build trust with hiring managers, and effectively source talent in a competitive market. This individual will serve as an embedded partner to Product Development leadership, offering insights on talent, market trends, and candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Ideally, experience recruiting within the apparel, fashion, and consumer goods industries.
  • Proven ability to recruit for product development, design, or technical apparel roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to find and engage passive candidates.
  • A natural relationship builder who quickly earns trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where processes are still being developed.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable.
  • Clear, direct communicator capable of representing the Comfrt brand authentically.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Product Development and adjacent functions, from intake through offer.
  • Proactively source to build strong pipelines for current and future roles, engaging both passive and active candidates.
  • Move quickly to fill open roles without compromising quality.
  • Manage the candidate experience from the first interaction to the close of the role, ensuring all interactions reflect the Comfrt brand.
  • Build trusted relationships with Product Development leadership, acting as a thought partner on talent acquisition.
  • Lead intake conversations to accurately define role requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
  • Offer a point of view and push back when necessary.
  • Maintain clean pipelines and accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in developing recruiting processes and tooling to support scaling operations.
  • Partner with HR and People Operations for a seamless transition from offer to onboarding.
