About The Position

TES Staffing, a local, privately owned Staffing and Recruiting company, is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This role will support our mid-size Rochester-based clients across various sectors including medical, IT, customer service, administration, and finance. In addition to staff recruitment, you will also manage day-to-day operations with our customers. This is a high-touch, fast-paced role that is central to our business. We are committed to supporting our community and connecting talented individuals with career opportunities. You will have the opportunity to recruit for administrative support staff, operational support roles (including Project Managers, Coordinators, and billing specialists), and IT professionals.
