Requirements

• 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Demonstrates leadership skills, customer service, self-motivation, problem solving, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding process.
• Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files.
• Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions.
• Working collaboratively to initiate background checks.
• Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots.
