About The Position

Vi-Leon is hiring a full-cycle internal recruiter for its Operations team in Beverly, Massachusetts. The role focuses mainly on sourcing and hiring entry-level sales talent for the company’s Beverly headquarters. The Talent Acquisition Specialist finds candidates, screens and guides them through interviews, partners with hiring managers through offers, and keeps new hires engaged through their first day. The recruiter also builds talent pipelines, promotes recruiting and marketing initiatives, attends campus events and career fairs, and tracks progress toward hiring goals. No recruiting experience is required; Vi-Leon provides hands-on training and mentorship. Responsibilities

Proactively source entry-level sales candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks.
Conduct high-volume, personalized outreach by message, phone, and email, and follow up with candidates.
Build and maintain pipelines for current and future openings.
Review applications and conduct phone and video screens to assess candidates’ drive, coachability, and culture fit.
Determine which candidates advance and provide a positive first impression of Vi-Leon.
Arrange meetings between qualified candidates and hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
Prepare candidates for interview stages and share notes with hiring managers while advocating for suitable candidates.
Provide candidates with timely updates and honest feedback.
Partner with hiring managers through the offer stage.
Keep candidates engaged from offer acceptance through their first day.
Build a personal LinkedIn presence by posting open roles, sharing team wins, and connecting with talent.
Share, engage with, and amplify Vi-Leon marketing campaigns.
Help with campus events and career fairs throughout the year.
Track recruiting activity and progress toward hiring goals.
Share effective recruiting practices and help improve the recruiting process.
