This position, located on-site, will provide consultative guidance and support high-volume recruiting business operations. The role includes screening, interviewing, collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating the new hire process. In addition, they will communicate updates related to talent acquisition activity with hiring managers and key stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help drive the Talent Acquisition team to meet business needs and deliver the best talent to contribute to the organization's continuous growth.
