The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for scouting, sourcing, and engaging qualified delivery driver candidates for Now Courier’s independent contractor and commercial driver operations. This role oversees the full recruiting lifecycle for parcel delivery contractors, Class A and Class B commercial drivers, and owner operators participating in the Lease to Own (LTO) program. The position is a critical contributor to a positive driver experience (driver care), ensuring efficient onboarding, compliance, training, certification, mentorship assignment, and post onboarding follow up to support long term driver success and retention.
