About The Position

Alumni Ventures is seeking a Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in scaling our high-performing teams. You will drive enterprise-wide hiring, consult with internal stakeholders, and support efforts to continually improve our hiring practices and employer brand. You will be the full-cycle recruiter across all locations, and support hiring strategies to attract top talent aligned with AV’s mission and values. This position is on-site 5-days per week in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Requirements

  • 2+ years oof experience in Recruiting
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse).
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • AI-forward mindset
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience from sourcing through to extending offers.
  • Willingness and excitement to learn and grow your career within Talent Acquisition.
  • Proactive, over-communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, continuous learning, and growth culture.

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruiting across all positions across 6 locations.
  • Source top talent and align candidate profiles with hiring manager expectations.
  • Implement structure, competency-based interview plans across roles and depts.
  • Champion a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, acting as a steward of the AV employer brand.
  • Design employer branding programs to position AV as a top New Hampshire employer.
  • Development University hiring partnerships for recent grad hiring.
  • Design and own the Internship Program across AV depts.
  • Utilize Greenhouse, AV's ATS, as the single source of truth for all candidate information and processes.
  • Design and track recruiting metrics across pipeline health to determine and measure recruitment trends, challenges, and successes.
  • Drive process improvements for candidates, hiring managers, and all internal/external stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, partner, and consultant to hiring managers, balancing urgency, hiring quality, with culture add and speed to hire.
  • Role model AV's core values, advocating for inclusivity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster an exceptional candidate experience.
