Job Summary: The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions across all business units. This role requires a proactive professional who can source top talent, build strong pipelines, and contribute to Quality Carriers, Inc. continued growth and talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across all business units.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Assist in onboarding efforts as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
