The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical support member of the Human Resources team, driving day-to-day recruiting and onboarding initiatives. This will include: talent acquisition, applicant tracking and HRIS administration, onboarding, compliance, recruiting KPI reporting, and more. They will be responsible for all sourcing and resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, and supporting candidate selection, as well as handling the offer process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role will be hands-on and involved in ensuring a positive candidate and onboarding experience for new hires. They will partner with the HR team with regards to all “first 90 day” programs, including program design and facilitation. The TA Specialist will become a super user in our HRIS Paycom, specifically with applicant tracking, onboarding, and reporting. This role will report to the Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with the broader HR team and partnering with hiring managers throughout the organization. This is a highly visible role, regularly interacting with internal and external parties. It is expected that this role will be in office 3 days a week.
