About The Position

This role is a remote opportunity, however applicants must be based in the US and on an EST timezone. This is a maternity leave cover contract for 5 months. This role is a key role in supercharging our commercial growth in the US. This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about strategically building the teams: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Marketing, that fuel our position as the largest and fastest-growing beauty booking app in the world. You'll be instrumental in shaping our top-tier TA strategy, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard the best GTM talent, with a special focus on US expansion. We’re looking for you to bring your creative side to identify, connect, and bring on the best commercial talent to Booksy. If you're someone who is wired to self-start, can navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude, and is ready to mix long-term strategic work with short-term priorities, then the chances are you’ll thrive in this role.

Requirements

Experience in recruiting at a high-volume
Comfortable working with around 10-15 requisitions at a time, end-to-end
Strong admin and organizational skills
Able to effectively prioritise your time
Experience with strong reporting capabilities (tracking in-put and out-put metrics)
Must be based in the EST timezone

Exposure to field sales/ junior GTM recruitment

Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment
