About The Position

Northspyre, a real estate development management platform, is seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive its go-to-market hiring. This role is initially a 4-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time position. The company is looking for a strategic, high-energy recruiter experienced in the SaaS landscape to build its revenue teams and elevate the hiring bar.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience with a significant focus on GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Track record of consistently closing competitive candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships and quickly earn trust with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Self-starter mentality - identifies and solves problems before they are flagged.
  • Strategic mindset that balances quick wins with long-term pipeline development.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to understand SaaS GTM strategies and metrics.
  • History of exceeding targets through creative solutions and persistence.
  • Resilient attitude that thrives on challenges and maintains high energy through ups and downs.
  • Clear and compelling communication style, particularly when explaining complex situations.
  • Consultative approach with the confidence to push back and guide hiring managers when needed.

  • Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions (SDR, AE, CS, Marketing) in SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the leadership team to understand business objectives, anticipate hiring needs, and develop talent strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and customer success roles, from job description creation to closing candidates.
  • Challenge hiring managers' thinking and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring decisions and processes.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and maintaining relationships with passive candidates in the GTM space.
  • Create and share compelling narratives about the business opportunity to excite candidates about Northspyre's mission.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to continuously optimize the hiring process and improve outcomes.
  • Design inclusive interview processes that identify top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
