Morningstar’s corporate functions, specifically the People and Culture team, play an essential role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives, day-to-day operations, and infrastructure. The People and Culture team is the steward of Morningstar’s unique culture, designing and delivering end-to-end programs and experiences that support the entire talent lifecycle. By helping Morningstar employees succeed, they contribute to the company’s growth and success. Our Talent Acquisition Associates are integral in attracting great people to Morningstar, from providing the first experience through candidate sourcing, to interview scheduling, to the pre-onboarding process. This role seeks someone who is passionate about hiring the best, values creating a great candidate experience, and understands the importance of finding talented people with a passion for Morningstar’s mission to create great products that help investors reach their financial goals.
