Our team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who will primarily focus on identifying and attracting early top talent. In this role, you will manage full-cycle campus recruitment, build strong partnerships with our university partners, and help develop a strong pipeline of future talent for Seaspan. This person will focus primarily on high-volume campus recruitment while also supporting the rest of the TA team with internal/external recruitment, as needed. Note: This position qualifies as an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding, subject to the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
