About The Position

Altruix is a high-touch pharmacy dedicated to serving behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability populations. Through our pharmacy expertise, Medherent technology, and specialized packaging, we promote medication adherence and improve patient outcomes. Our services help clients take medications as prescribed while reducing administrative burden for providers. Altruix customers achieve measurable results, including 90% adherence rates and a 40% reduction in ER and hospital-related costs. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Altruix's talent acquisition strategy while building a scalable, high-performing recruiting function to support organizational growth. This role combines strategic program development with hands-on recruiting execution and is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys creating processes, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. Reporting to Human Resources leadership, the Talent Acquisition Manager will develop recruiting programs, establish hiring standards and metrics, strengthen employer branding, and improve the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. At the same time, this individual will remain actively involved in full-cycle recruiting, personally managing a significant portfolio of searches across pharmacy operations, corporate functions, and leadership positions. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing recruiting strategy and personally sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing difficult searches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting professional and leadership positions.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to improve performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to build scalable processes.
  • High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued development of Altruix's Talent Acquisition function by creating scalable recruiting processes, tools, and standards that support current and future business growth.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase hiring quality, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate the overall recruiting experience.
  • Develop standardized recruiting workflows, interview guides, and candidate evaluation tools.
  • Establish recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate recruiting technologies, sourcing methodologies, and operational processes to maximize effectiveness.
  • Build talent pipelines and long-term sourcing strategies for critical positions.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, professional organizations, and industry groups to strengthen future talent pipelines.
  • Personally lead full-cycle recruitment activities for a diverse portfolio of exempt and non-exempt positions across pharmacy, operations, corporate, and leadership functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and selection activities.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and facilitate successful onboarding transitions.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and relationship management.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining speed, quality, and strong stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for talent acquisition by providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across the business and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate selection, market trends, and hiring decisions.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources to support workforce planning initiatives, organizational growth, succession planning, and overall talent strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate recruiting outcomes and recommend improvements that strengthen hiring effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies, reduce agency utilization, improve hiring quality, and enhance the overall recruiting function.
