This role focuses on the 180-recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and open days, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, administratively strong, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance high-volume recruitment activity alongside detailed administrative responsibilities. This role requires someone who can manage multiple recruitment campaigns while maintaining accurate systems, trackers, and reporting.
