Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting KPIs and metrics
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
