Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting KPIs and metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
