Position Summary: Responsible for developing, leading, and executing the Company's employment brand and talent acquisition strategy. Partners with the business, hiring managers, and human resources to meet workforce demand for Airbus U.S. Space & Defense in a timely manner. Manages a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. Directs team to work with management to ensure that job specifications are clear, accepted and approved by management and Human Resources. Develops and maintains talent acquisition policies and procedures. Accountable for compliance of talent acquisition policies and procedures to employment laws and regulations. May handle executive or other critical projects personally.
