About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Bank's talent acquisition function. This position leads and develops the recruiting team while remaining actively engaged in full-cycle recruiting for senior, executive, and other critical positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with business leaders to develop talent strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce plans, serves as a trusted advisor on recruiting and compensation matters, and drives continuous improvement across the recruiting lifecycle. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, managing recruiting technology and external vendor relationships, monitoring recruiting metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The Talent Acquisition Manager also leads recruiting initiatives that support organizational growth, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of corporate recruiting experience, including experience recruiting professional, senior, or executive-level positions.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a talent acquisition team or recruiting function.
  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using multiple sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted recruiting consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and selection processes.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruiting data into meaningful insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, navigate change, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to professionally de-escalate challenging situations involving candidates, hiring managers, or other stakeholders.
