About The Position

Oversee is seeking a hands-on, resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting across go-to-market functions—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—and other business functions. The role works directly with hiring managers across the US, Europe, and other regions to source and hire exceptional talent, maintain a strong candidate experience, and keep hiring processes moving quickly.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will help improve global recruiting practices, including experimenting with AI, automation, and other tools to make recruiting smarter, faster, and more effective. This is a B2B role based in LATAM and is suited to someone comfortable working with international teams across cultures and time zones.

Oversee builds AI solutions for the travel industry, including products that monitor booked trips for lower fares and hotel rates and an agentic AI platform that assists travel agents with bookings, changes, and routine servicing tasks. The company supports more than 11,000 customers in over 60 countries and handles over $15B in annual booking volume.

Requirements

• Have 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Have hands-on experience recruiting for the US market, especially for go-to-market roles.
• Speak excellent English and enjoy working with international teams across cultures and time zones.
• Use AI as part of your work and continually find new ways to apply it.
• Have strong sourcing skills and know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Be proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Take ownership, move quickly, and act without waiting for direction.
