About The Position

Darigold is seeking a skilled and versatile Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner for its collaborative Talent Acquisition team at Corporate HQ. The role supports recruiting for corporate, production, and manufacturing teams across the Pacific Northwest, connecting the organization with top talent and helping foster an inclusive, engaged workplace. This is a temporary, full-time position.

The Talent Acquisition Partner delivers full-cycle recruiting with a focus on quality, strengthens Darigold’s employer brand, and identifies opportunities to improve recruitment and hiring processes. The role calls for a results-oriented, creative, and proactive contributor with a continuous-improvement mindset, strong customer-service orientation, and a commitment to excellence.

Darigold is a dairy cooperative headquartered in Washington. Founded in 1918, it produces dairy products and ingredients for customers around the world and produces more than 8.5 billion pounds of milk annually.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and/or Human Resources.
• Proven ability to work in high-volume environments and support varied manufacturing and operations roles while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent relationship-building, consultative, and collaborative skills.
• Self-directed and organized, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a changing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Technology savvy, including use of advanced technology and AI tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed Resume Search, text messaging, and crafting engaging messages.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple applicant tracking systems, including UKG, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire talent for roles ranging from entry-level to senior-level.
• Develop creative talent attraction strategies in partnership with hiring managers, based on the organization’s talent needs.
• Deliver a professional, high-quality end-to-end hiring experience for candidates.
• Serve as a strategic, consultative talent adviser to the business and counsel hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
• Represent and elevate Darigold’s talent brand through local organizations, job fairs, industry events, and social media initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects and hiring initiatives with stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Identify ways to streamline recruitment workflows and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
