This role will act as a true advisor to the business, partnering closely with leaders and the People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver high‑quality talent in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders and HR/P&C teams.
  • Strong experience using recruitment analytics and data to drive decisions and results.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated success managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining speed and quality.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with the People & Culture team to ensure alignment between hiring plans, workforce strategies, and organizational priorities.
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to inform workforce decisions.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, from intake to offer and close.
  • Drive fast and efficient hiring processes, ensuring time‑to‑fill targets are met without compromising quality.
  • Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
  • Use data to influence decisions and optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization’s culture, values, and employee value proposition.
  • Ensure consistent, professional, and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Lead offer discussions and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Balance candidate expectations with business and compensation frameworks.
  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, P&C partners, and external vendors.
