Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Advanced sourcing and recruitment capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and networking strategies.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and strategic/proactive thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders, build strong partnerships, and drive sound decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
  • Passion for talent attraction, networking, and employer branding.
  • Proficient with ATS such as Jobvite, recruitment analytics tools such as Kara and AtmanCo (asset), and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Bilingual (French and English) due to the need to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees, candidates and suppliers across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for professional, clinical, and operational positions.
  • Partner with leaders to assess hiring needs and recommend recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and headhunting initiatives using advanced recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
  • Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience through continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
  • Promote Vision Group’s employer brand by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with schools, professional associations, and industry partners, while coordinating networking events, career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and talent initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment trends, market conditions, and recruitment metrics to provide data-driven insights and support hiring decisions.
