About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across 7 Leaves Café. This position owns the full recruitment lifecycle for both Support Office and Store Leadership positions, with a primary focus on Store Manager recruiting across our growing markets. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities. Working closely with Operations, Human Resources, Training, and hiring leaders, the Talent Acquisition Partner helps ensure every location has the leadership talent needed to deliver an exceptional guest and team member experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and other recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Support Office and corporate positions. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive Store Manager Recruitment: Own Store Manager recruitment across California, Nevada, and Arizona. Develop proactive talent pipelines for leadership positions in existing and growth markets. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking events, referrals, industry groups, and community partnerships. Conduct initial candidate assessments and guide candidates through the interview process. Partner with District Managers and Operations leaders to evaluate candidates and make hiring recommendations. Support internal leadership development by identifying and facilitating promotion opportunities for high-potential team members.
  • Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing the culture, values, and mission of 7 Leaves Café. Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Support Employer Branding: Partner with HR and Marketing to promote 7 Leaves Café as an employer of choice. Support recruiting campaigns, career site updates, and talent attraction initiatives. Create and manage recruiting-related content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Utilize Recruiting Data: Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. Monitor key hiring metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
