Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors degree is required
  • Minimum 4 years experience as an in-house recruiter, recruitment agency consultant, or in a sales role is required
  • Proficient in sourcing tools and willing to innovate to identify new approaches for attracting top candidates
  • Strong service mindset and assertiveness, enabling you to work effectively with senior-level internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Ability to be coachable and adaptable in a changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in human resources or sales is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and formalizing the needs of Executive VPs from each Business Unit.
  • Defining and implementing a multi-channel sourcing strategy
  • Writing and posting job advertisements on various job boards
  • Reviewing applications and qualifying candidate profiles
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to highlight candidates’ growth and development potential
  • Providing daily support to Hiring Managers in a “business partner” role and overseeing recruitment processes
  • Managing applications through ALTEN’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Cross-functional recruitment projects within the department, as well as in group interview sessions.
