The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and securing top talent while partnering closely with leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings expertise in recruiting technical and professional talent within manufacturing, chemical, engineering, or related industries and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and operates in a dynamic manufacturing environment and collaborates regularly with plant operations, engineering, technical, and corporate teams. Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events, career fairs, plant and office visits, and industry networking activities.
