This role serves as a strategic advisor and talent consultant to field and corporate leaders, helping drive workforce planning, hiring outcomes, and talent strategies across multiple business units and geographic regions. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with operational leaders to develop both short-term and long-term hiring strategies, ensuring the organization can attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role will manage exempt and leadership searches and provide sourcing support for critical frontline positions. The TAP serves as a trusted business partner who analyzes hiring trends, develops talent pipelines, improves requisition health, and collaborates with leaders to achieve hiring goals.
