About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hire top talent across the organization. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders develop effective hiring strategies, create positive candidate experiences, and make objective, merit-based hiring decisions. Your work will directly support business growth by building strong talent pipelines and connecting great candidates with meaningful opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership roles
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and social networking platforms
  • Ability to influence and consult with hiring leaders and business partners
  • Experience using candidate assessment methods and structured interview practices
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to resolve most recruiting-related challenges independently

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and management-level positions
  • Build talent pipelines through job postings, employee referrals, social media outreach, and proactive sourcing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the hiring process
  • Guide hiring teams on assessment tools, interview practices, and selection processes that support fair and objective hiring decisions
  • Coach hiring leaders on delivering a positive candidate experience and fostering an inclusive recruitment process
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through engagement on social media platforms, job boards, and networking events
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction activities
  • Share recruiting insights, market trends, and best practices with Talent Acquisition and business partners
  • Support additional talent acquisition initiatives and projects as needed
