The Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a critical role in our organization by providing expert guidance and support in talent acquisition strategies and processes. Partners with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and execute end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives. This role will be focused on hiring administrative support roles across the organization including roles like Admin and Program Coordinators, Chaplins, Patient Experience, Scribes, Business Operations, Legal, Finance, Revenue Cycle, etc. This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states – DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV.
